What is our why?

J2RL International Strategy Team is the shared vision of its founders Eric D. Fears and John B. McAdory to stand upon the legacies of their grandfathers when it comes to improving the lives of those in the small southern communities in which they live. Their grandfathers believed the number one driver for sustainability and stability was to increase the availability of opportunities for advancement. John and Eric are direct reflections of their grandfather’s vision and they have dedicated their lives to developing a global framework built on innovation around food, water, data, and banking.

We have been joined by Adili Kea who shares their passion for social impact and building sustainable opportunity within Africa and global. As a Kenyan native, he has first hand knowledge of the region and has sent more than 15 years developing impact programs that still thrive today.
