John McAdory - Co-founder and Director
John is the co-founder and director of J2RL International Strategy Team, driving sustainable development in Africa. Through initiatives in digital infrastructure, agriculture, and renewable energy, his work includes deploying algae-based fertilizers for sustainable farming and leading solar energy projects to enhance energy access across Kenya. John recently hosted the First Lady of Kenya for an Economic Development Summit, furthering partnerships for growth and empowerment across the region.
John also serves as a board member for Freedom United and Mama Doing Good, advocating for the eradication of human trafficking and supporting initiatives that empower women and underserved communities. He is married and a proud father to his 11-year-old daughter. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to creating impactful, sustainable change globally.

Eric Fears is a Social Impact Strategist, advising municipalities, corporations, healthcare,
non-profits, celebrities, and athletes on making a sustainable impact in the 21st century. He utilizes and combines his talents and skills developed in past career positions as Aide to Ambassador Andrew Young, Performance Trainer for Professional Athletes, Collaborator with Corporate and UN Leaders, Owner of a bottled Water Startup Victory H2O, Fundraiser for several For-Profit and Non-Profit companies, and Advisor to several community initiatives.
Eric Fears uses his global platform to provide access and to accelerate the growth of small to medium-sized companies looking to execute or enhance their current go-to-market strategies efficiently.
Formally trained at Georgia Institute of Technology and informally trained by traveling the world, he has produced cutting-edge strategies that have been successfully adopted in several communities locally and globally alike. He focuses on providing innovative, relevant, and sustainable projects that merge the influence of known brands with real-time groundbreaking technologies to advance the basic needs of humanity.
